Hi, I'm Jack (张磊) 👋
I'm a Chinese entrepreneur who has spent the last 21 years deeply embedded in the cross-border trade ecosystem — not from an office, but from factory floors, shipping docks, and negotiation tables across China and the world.
I was born and raised in China, and over two decades I've built an intimate, firsthand knowledge of the country's manufacturing landscape. I know the supply chains of Shenzhen, Tianjin, Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, and Dongguan — not as a visitor who toured once, but as someone who has placed orders, inspected production lines, and built long-term partnerships in every one of these cities.
Today, I run a cross-border B2B + B2C operation spanning three continents: I have a trading company in Los Angeles (4 years running), a company in Germany, and my headquarters in Shenzhen, China. I manage everything from product development and factory sourcing to logistics, Amazon FBA, and wholesale distribution on both sides of the Atlantic.
Most "China sourcing experts" you'll find online are one of two things:
- Americans or Europeans who visited China a few times and wrote a guide — decent English, zero real factory-floor experience.
- Chinese agents or translators who know the language but have never run an actual cross-border business themselves.
I'm neither. I'm Chinese — I've been on the ground for 21 years. I speak the language, I know the culture, I've been inside hundreds of factories across half a dozen industrial hubs. And I've also built and operated real businesses in the US and Europe. I know what works on both ends of the supply chain.

I don't just source from China — I operate businesses at both ends of the supply chain:
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, USA — My own trading company, operating for 4 years. Warehousing, distribution, and client relationships across North America. I know what US buyers need because I AM a US buyer.
- 🇩🇪 Germany — My European company. Serving EU clients with localized logistics, compliance (CE marking, WEEE, packaging laws), and distribution. The EU market is different from the US — I've learned that difference the hard way.
- 🇨🇳 Shenzhen, China — My headquarters and command center. Factory relationships, QC teams, and logistics coordination. This is where the supply chain starts.
